Nowshahr, Iran-Dedicated to the martyrs of 1988 massacre  30 years ago, Ruhollah Khomeini, the Islamic Republic’s founder and then-Supreme Leader of the Iranian regime, ordered the execution of all political prisoners who had ties to the PMOI/MEK. In a matter of months, the regime’s officials, many of whom  continue to hold positions of power , executed 30 thousand political prisoners across Iran. The move was aimed at eliminating the opposition and prolonging the life of the Iranian regime. But contrary to the regime’s wishes, the PMOI/MEK found deeper roots in the Iranian society and earned the respect of the people for the sacrifice that its members made for the cause of freedom and democracy in their country. “Thirty years are gone but not their memories. Back then very few speculated the status quo would allow the new regime in power to give birth to a new form of an even harsher dictatorship. The Iranian regime ordered Yemeni Houthis to attack two Saudi oil tankers The Iranian regime ordered Yemen’s Houthis to attack two Saudi oil tankers about two weeks ago, according to Fars News Agency, a publication close to the IRGC. The Houthis attacked two Saudi oil tankers in the red sea. According to the news published by Fars, Naser Shabani, deputy operations commander of IRGC’s Sarallah Base, said, “We told the Yemenis to target two Saudi tankers and they did so.” Fars News Agency After realizing the repercussions of these terrorist remarks, Fars News Agency which had published Shabani’s statements on Monday, edited parts of it after a few hours. The Iranian rial plunged to a record low against the U.S. dollar on the black market  Early Sunday morning the black market in Iran began selling the US dollar at a whopping 100,000 rials, breaking the previous psychological barrier. The society and economy were in shock of these reports when only three hours later (around 2 pm local time) new reports indicated the US dollar selling at 108,000 rials and even surpassing the 111,000 rial mark. Mohammad Bagher Nobakht, resigns  Mohammad Bagher Nobakht, government spokesman for Iranian regime President Hassan Rouhani and head of the Plan & Budget Organization, has resigned from all his posts, according to the Fars news agency. Rumors regarding changes in Rouhani’s cabinet were mentioned in the Iranian regime’s state-run media outlets. Regime analysts consider these developments in line with the ongoing economic crisis and the United States pulling out of the Iran nuclear deal, formally known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
