John Bolton Trump Should Decertify, Withdraw from Iran Nuclear Deal Entirely NEW YORK,  24 Sep 2017 --  Former United States Ambassador to the  United Nations  and senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, John Bolton, says he thinks President Donald Trump should de-certify the Iran nuclear deal prior to the October 15 deadline. “I think the president should decertify. I think he should withdraw from the deal entirely,” Bolton told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview outside Dag Hammarskjöld Plaza during the United Nations General Assembly last week. “I think it was a disastrous agreement for the United States to make; harmful to the United States, harmful to its friends and allies, harmful to the people of Iran. The sooner we get out of it, the better,” Bolton said. Bolton conducted the interview during a September 20 rally coordinated by the Organization of Iranian-American Communities (OIAC), and members of the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK), against the visit o

Iran: Production and testing of new ballistic missiles by the mullahs’ regime and the need for a decisive policy

National Council of Resistance of Iran On Saturday, September 23, the religious fascism ruling Iran informed of test launching a new ballistic missile named Khorramshahr. The range of the missile, which was shown on a military parade the previous day, is said to be the commander of the air force of the Army, is 2000 km, and has the ability to carry several warheads, according to the IRGC Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, the commander of IRGC Aerospace. The purpose of the mullahs’ regime for the development of ballistic missiles is to explicitly violate  United Nations  Security Council resolution 2231, and, on the other hand, to pave the way for intensifying the war and terrorist interventions in the region and cover up the internal crises. This action well confirms the fact that the unjustified concessions received in the nuclear deal not only do not change the behavior of this regime, but it has also emboldened it in law breaking and exploiting the gaps and weakness

TRUMP: FATE OF IRAN NUCLEAR DEAL HANGS ON TOUGH UN POLICING

Iran nuclear deal VIENNA (AP) Sept. 18, 2017  -- U.S. President Donald Trump warned Monday that Washington will walk away from a nuclear deal it agreed to with Iran and five other nations if it deems that the International Atomic Energy Agency is not tough enough in monitoring it. Iran, however, said the greatest threat to the nuclear agreement is U.S. hostility. The warning from Trump came in a message to the U.N. agency's annual meeting, being held in Vienna, that was read by U.S. Energy Secretary Rick Perry. The United States asserts that Iran is obligated to open its military sites to IAEA inspection on demand if the agency suspects unreported nuclear activities at any of them. That's something Tehran stridently rejects, and Iranian nuclear chief Ali Akbar Salehi urged the agency and its head, Yukiya Amano, to 'resist such unacceptable demands.' Asserting that Iran is fully complying with terms of the accord, Salehi said the greatest threat to its survi

Earlier on Friday AFP news agency reported that the two were 'due to meet' along with the foreign ministers of other signatories of the 2015 nuclear deal that curbed Iran's nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief. US President Donald Trump has strongly hinted that he will deem Iran to be non-compliant with the deal when he next has to decide on the matter in Octobe

In the summer of 1988, some 30,000 Iranian political prisoners were massacred in a matter of a few months on the basis of a fatwa issued by Ruhollah Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Republic. Human rights organizations and jurists are demanding the UN to conduct an independent international investigation of the 1988 massacre.

Regime change in Iran does not equal war in Iran

Image
Hassan Rouhani The Hill, 11 September 2017  - Amid the White House review of its Iran policy and subsequent to the signing into law of H.R. 6634, which imposes tough sanctions on the Iranian regime and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps ( IRGC ),  familiar voices in Washington have begun fear mongering that supporting “regime change” leads to war. Let us be clear: The real issue is not war. There has never been any suggestion of military intervention. Here are the real questions that need to be answered: Should the Iranian people continue to suffer under a brutal dictatorship, which has denied them their most  rudimentary rights , or do they have the right to change this suppressive regime?   Should the world remain silent on the destructive role of the Iranian regime in the region, including its direct participation in the carnage in  Syria ? Far from being warmongers, advocates of regime change are calling for a transformation from within, led by indigenous f

30000 political prisoners massacred in 1988 in Iran September,  12,   2017 -- This is the title of a statement submitted to the Thirty-sixth session of the U.N. Human Rights Council will be held 11-29 September 2017, in the European headquarter of the  United Nations  . The Joint written statement was submitted to the Secretary General, by France Libertés : Fondation Danielle Mitterrand, Women's Human Rights International Association, non-governmental organizations in special consultative status, Movement against racism and for friendship among peoples. The text of this statement is as follows: On the 29th anniversary of the 1988 mass extra-legal executions of political prisoners in the Islamic Republic of Iran, we believe that until the full truth is unveiled and the perpetrators are held to account for their crimes, there will be no incentive for the government of Iran to change its policy on human rights. This is why we are calling on the United Nations to la

Shia militias of Iraq under Irans IRGC orders The Washington Times, September 7, 2017  - The U.S. military is keeping a wary eye on Iran’s most violent proxy militia in Iraq, which has vowed to start killing Americans again once the Islamic State is expelled. With the Islamic State’s defeat in  Iraq , coming closer — the U.S. estimates that the once 25,000-strong terrorist group is down to a few thousand followers at most holding only pockets of resistance — the danger from the Hezbollah Brigades is fast approaching. A commander in the Shiiite battalion, also known as Kata’ib Hezbollah (KH)  and the largest and most ruthless Iranian-trained militia fighting in  Iraq , and  Syria ,  warned Americans on Sunday that they must leave  Iraq ,  or face a new war, Iran’s Fars News Agency reported. Said the Fars headline, “Iraqi Popular Forces Warn to Target US Forces after Defeating ISIL Terrorists.” Spokesman Jafar al-Hosseini issued a similar threat in March. His scripted messag
