U.S. Senator Corker sees Russia sanctions bill becoming law soon

WASHINGTON (Reuters) JULY 26, 2017 - The chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee said on Wednesday his panel was likely to strip out language imposing sanctions against North Korea from legislation that contains sanctions against Russia and Iran.
Republican Senator Bob Corker told the Washington Post in an interview that doing so would ensure the measure could pass. Corker said the bill was likely to become law 'very, very soon.'

Iran Political Prisoners and Labor Activists Endures Sever Cruelty

Political prisoner and labor activist, Mahmoud Salehi Iran, November 13, 2017  - Iran regime judiciary and security authorities have rejected the transfer of political prisoner and labor activist Mahmoud Salehi to receive proper medical care on his own expense at a hospital outside prison. Doctors have insisted that this labor activist should be transferred to a more accessible hospital soon due to acute cardiac, kidney and diabetes problems. According to state-run ILNA news agency, quoting Mr. Salehi's family, his doctor recommended that this labor activist should be transferred to a hospital in Tehran, Tabriz, or Orumiyeh for continued treatment of his heart. National Council of Resistance of Iran Two other people arrested in the popular uprisings in Iran were killed by the torture of the henchmen of the Velayat-e faqih regime in Arak and Sanandaj. Seyed Shahab Abtahi, a 20-year-old young man who was arrested in Arak two weeks ago, died under the torture of the henchmen. The tormentors left the martyr’s body 10 days after his arrest in front of his father’s house, while signs of the baton blows on his body were visible. Before him, another man arrested in the popular uprising in Iran, Vahid Heidari, a 22-year-old deprived street vendor, was martyred by baton blows.
